(hereinafter referred to as LA Nails, we or Company). You should carefully read all of our terms and conditions as your purchase or use of any your product(s) of dip powder or liquid and use of this Website and any materials or products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this Website immediately, not use any of the materials or Products available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Natural Dip be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if natural Dip or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. REFUND/EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days since the purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. The refund will be charged 20% on repackaging fee. Item must be returned in the original unopened packing and unworn condition.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on merchandise returned to Natural-Dip.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are processed within 10 business days after receipt of items at the warehouse.
- Exchanges will be granted within 30 days from the original purchase date.

3. OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Natural Dip LLC. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. Natural Dip name and logo are ® Natural Dip.
4. WARRANTY
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products are using in different purposes as we describe in our directions and guideline.
5. PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card and JCB card. Personal checks and COD’s are not accepted.
6. DELIVERY
After we have successfully received your payment, your product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 to 48 hours but usually happens within minutes as soon as your payment goes through. Our products will be shipping through FedEx service. Your order should arrive within 5-14 business days depending on the ship to region. Delays are possible during the holiday; please make your purchases accordingly. You will receive your tracking information through email. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
7. PRICE CHANGES
Our products reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our product prices individually at any time without prior notice.

The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness. All images of products belong to ® Natural Dip.
